Business tip 101: PEOPLE ARE BUYING YOU!

1.Remember, when you are trying to get a "DEAL" done, the client, the Investor, the Boss is Buying "YOU"!(The product is not as important.)

2.Show who "YOU" are, and set yourself apart from the pack( from the competition.)

3. Show the benefits of what you're selling, what is beneficial to "THEM" (the client). . .not "YOU".

4. Allow them to do most of the "TALKING". Successful sales is about listening, not about "SELLING".

5. BE AUTHENTIC and tell the truth. .. .

6.. Know your customer, and let them tell you what they want and what they need. . . . .

7. Be easy to talk to. . . .

8.Show your Humor. . .

9. Say your Clients Name. . . .

10.SMILE. . . .SMILE. . . .SMILE.....
