What are your triggers?

Hey Luvley's!

There are so many different people in the world, and just as many personalities to go with those people. . .LOL! 

I would say "Men" have at least 2, and we Ladies have about 3-5(smile) Real talk . . .so, it's really important that we know who we're talking to. 

Have you ever been in mid conversation with someone, and everything is going fine, and then out of nowhere it seems like someone else jumped into the other person's body, and now "Craziness" is now abound! LOL!

HOUSTON. . ..I THINK WE HAVE A PROBLEM. . . .

So what's the reason behind this foolishness? Well after being on both sides of this volcano, I realize we have TRIGGERS!

We all have them, so let's not act like its just "THEM OVER THERE". . .lol.

Trigger's are like "Land Mines".

In "War" they are placed mainly for protection from an enemy, but if forgotten about, they can, and will often explode months, and sometimes years later after the enemy is gone, or sometimes after the enemy is even dead!

Well, we as people, have these Land Mines(if you will) that will be stepped on sometimes by an unsuspected and mostly unwilling participant(LMAO), and all of a sudden, things can go from cool, to NOT SO COOL..... in a matter of minutes.(They never saw it coming)

We usually first get them(Triggers), when we are young, and things irritate us, or we have a heart break, a loss of a job, a nagging brother or sister, so we take those into later years, and now we may be having a conversation with someone, , and "BOOM" this person reminds us of someone who lied, or who cheated, or who was lazy and indifferent.

Well to put it plainly, it is our fault, not theirs, because we choose how we react to them, and most times we are reacting to our past and not them at all!!!!

The person we're speaking to has no idea what's going on, and they have just been BLOWN UP! LOL

So how did these triggers get inside of us, and better yet how do we get rid of them? So I have compiled a little short list to help out with that. . ..

(1) Understand and Realize that you have them. . . .

(2) Start to evaluate why they are necessary, and if it doesn't protect your very life(physically, mentally,) you no longer need them.

3). Tell yourself you no longer need them, and DISMANTLE THEM. . .ONE BY ONE!
(He is not you last boyfriend, don't give him grief because he made a similar statement, so what! He is a different person, give him the benefit of the doubt)

So from now on, realize that if someone is getting on your nerves, or they speak like someone you cant stand to be around, give them the benefit of the doubt, because after all, if its just words their speaking, what harm can they really bring?

Hope I didn't hit a trigger. .. .LOL

1.Remember, when you are trying to get a "DEAL" done, the client, the Investor, the Boss is Buying "YOU"!(The product is not as important.)

2.Show who "YOU" are, and set yourself apart from the pack( from the competition.)

3. Show the benefits of what you're selling, what is beneficial to "THEM" (the client). . .not "YOU".

4. Allow them to do most of the "TALKING". Successful sales is about listening, not about "SELLING".

5. BE AUTHENTIC and tell the truth. .. .

6.. Know your customer, and let them tell you what they want and what they need. . . . .

7. Be easy to talk to. . . .

8.Show your Humor. . .

9. Say your Clients Name. . . .

Great day! As I sit here, and think about what to say to you guys, I just decide to close my eyes, and let my mind guide me. 

So... I just close my eyes, put on some "CHRISTOPHER CROSS" and just emerse myself in this calm feeling. . . .as the calm moves through my body like a small current , I relax even more, until my mind is so clear, that all I can see is the color "light blue". For me, when I see "light blue", I know that I am ready(smile). . .ready for what you may be wondering. . . . .


Ready to be a MUSE. . . .There are times where in life, it is easier to stop fighting, and let your mind relax, and let your spirit take over. It is the place where silence, Peace, Acceptance, Joy, and Non-judgement reside. If you have never been to that place, I welcome you there.


It is the place where no" EGO" exists. It is your "TRUE SELF".
I neglect that part of myself so often, and when I don't connect with "HER"(smile), I feel the disconnected feeling, from myself and other's.

We all need to acknowledge that higher part of our being to make it from day to day. This is where you can be your most loving self, your most creative self, your most accepting self , your most vulnerable self. YOUR REAL SELF!!


It may not take listening to "CHRISTOPHER CROSS" or the color "LIGHT BLUE" to get you there, but whatever does, please visit. You can go as often as you like, to recharge, to remind yourself that you are doing the very best you can in life, and to forgive yourself when you have not done the BEST.


We are all on a journey, and we will take right and wrong paths, we will make good, and bad decisions, we are just kids in this thing called life.

How often do we give ourselves credit? How often do we comfort ourselves when things are not going right? How often do we remind ourselves how special and loved we are? I can tell you all day, because I TRULY BELIEVE IT! But it means nothing, if you don't FIRST UNDERSTAND IT YOURSELF!!


People love yourselves, take care of your health, your mind, your spirit, and your body. Tonight before going to bed, close your eyes, and go to that place of calm, of peace, and of joy. Then. .THANK GOD FOR MAKING YOU THE MOST UNIQUE PERSON IN THE WORLD!

Its beautiful outside.... its the start of the weekend, and I am in a "JUST ME" kinda mood.

I took this pic last year outside of "THE CORNER TAVERN" in Midtown(Atlanta Georgia) , and I was just relaxing after sharing a lunch with a colleague.(Wow,I had Tilapia Sliders. . . the BOMB)

I just love pictures,(LOL) because it can take you right back to a place you wanna be!

This was a good day, I was simply being me!!!(smile). No pretense, no puckered lips( I hear the comments. .. .lol) No foundations, no well thought out eye makeup. . . JUST ME.

Hey guys!

Well, it's Monday again, and we made it from the weekend!
Today I want to talk about being flexible when situations change in your life with or without your permission!

If you are my age or older, you are probably quite aware that we are not always in control of everything outside of ourselves. You know. . . .when things change, it can be very uncomfortable, and sometimes it hits places that seem to be so deep that we don't know how to adjust.


In my experience, when things seemed out of control for me, and it seemed like I continued to spiral , it was because I tried to hold on, not realizing that I should have ridden the WAVE, and take comfort in letting go! 

The very thing that "I" was holding onto, negotiating with, begging, and pleading to. . . . .was the very thing THAT HAD TO GO FOR MY GOOD!


I couldn't understand. . .I thought this life was about fighting to maintain. . . when all along, life is about RELEASING SO YOU CAN MOVE ON TO HIGHER AND BETTER!

I realized, that I had to finally go with the flow, I had a dream that kept saying. . .KIM LEARN TO BE LIKE WATER. . . .That's right water!(smile)

I learned to mimic the coolness and calmness of this powerful force. This element can transform and move through any situation with EASE. . . ..

It's very presence can cleanse, it can quietly calm and even DESTROY any fire. Example. . .when there is a Fire, the fire is ultimately put out by WATER. . . .It is the calmness in you that can defeat the rage in your life when things change or when storms erupt, when tempers flare, and misunderstandings occur.

I suggest as we continue to live, learn, and grow, learn and study the flexibilities of life. . . . STOP FIGHTING FIRE WITH FIRE. . . . Be like WATER AND RIDE THE WAVE!!!!

Happy Tuesday folks! Today I wanna have a conversation with you about "MOTIVATION"... . . what motivates or inspires you? Do you even know?(smile)

Ok. . . let me put it like this. . .WHAT MAKES "YOU" DO WHAT YOU DO? Good. . .bad. . .indifferent. 

Well, when I was a "Broker" in my Professional Career, I was always told that the only two motivator's for Investor's were. . .
(1) Fear(that they would miss out on making money)

and

(2) Greed(it was never enough, so appeal to the greed within)
So, I was taught to always "sell" based on those two(Sorry guys, thats the way all investments are usually sold. .. :-)

Do you think thats somewhat true in our own personal lives as well? Do we do things out of FEAR AND GREED?

I think we should examine this closely. This is an exercise, that we all can take part in.

When you have some available time, write on one side of a piece of paper. . .GOALS.

On the other side, put why you want it, and what inspires you to have it, and then be real, and PUT THE REAL MOTIVATOR!!!!


I will be honest, we all want and need to make MONEY, thats why we work, of course some of us enjoy what we do, but we still want and NEED to get paid. . . .WHY? 

Well, I would say one of the underlying factors would be, we want to have the life we've chosen for ourselves, but more importantly, we do not want to LOSE WHERE WE ARE AND WHAT WE "CURRENTLY" HAVE. . . .we are "FEARFUL" that if we lose our job, we could loose our comforts we currently enjoy, even worse, our home, our cars, our stability. . . . So FEAR drives a lot of what we do, the only thing is that when we are driven by that component, we are never really FREE!

When you are driven by FEAR, you live in a constant state of Anxiety, and you feel like you can explode at any time!

It is harder to take risks! It is harder to live with reckless abandon, it is harder to find the perfect career, or perfect job, or perfect mate...... FEAR IS A MOTIVATOR.. .BUT IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE. . . .I suggest we all start using FAITH as our new MOTIVATION!

Faith is just the other side of FEAR. . . . .If you can believe in loss. . . you certainly can believe in PROSPERITY. . . .you certainly have demonstrated the capacity to , for if you can believe in anything, the brain doesn't care if its a negative belief or a positive one. Its just waiting for you to instruct it!


So tomorrow when you start your day, look at what and who you really want in ife, and BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN HAVE IT.

Happy Wednesday!

I am happy once again to have a conversation with you all. Today I listened to a message(T.D.Jakes) about receiving a blessing given TOO SOON!

You know, we never really think about getting something too early, but lets take a look at this.

We see this through the story of THE PRODIGAL SON. We see that he receives his blessings too soon, and we see real soon, that he didn't know what to do with the very thing that was meant for his good, and it did more harm than good!

He squandered his blessings, because he was not prepared! . .
When we are waiting on things to materialize and it takes longer than expected, it is "Not" because we don't deserve them, maybe it's because we are NOT QUITE READY YET!

So many of us, think that God should bless us with our Soul Mate, but. . . have you ever wondered that maybe you need more" PATIENCE", so when he/she comes you know how to deal with him or her, and you won't run them away?

Have you ever thought that you need to get your finances together, your attitude, your maturity, and your way of thinking together?. . . .See it makes no sense to get something before it's time,because you will not be able to HANDLE THE BLESSING!

So whatever we are praying for, whether we want or need it, and it doesn't seem to come, just prepare yourself first, and get ready, because its in the GETTING READY. . .that the very thing you need will show up.

Learn to be happy during our wait. Change, or do whatever you need to do, if that means getting your health in order, your kids in order, your education in order, then do that!

It is been said that there is nothing more aggrivating than being a VISIONARY!

Because you are stuck in between what you see in your mind, and what actually is. . . . .I know that frustration very well, and sometimes it's a burden.

But I know that time and eternity will eventually collide, and the blessings will come forth. I pray that you receive this message with love, and know that I am cheering for you, and you will get everything you desire if you stay on course, and do it with a joyful heart as you wait!

I am so excited to finally let you guys have a front row seat to my conversation with such an Interesting, and cool young man! His name is Jason Kyle Luntz, and he is a Journalist and a Social Media and Branding Expert!

 I wanted to feature him because he is  funny, humble, smart, successful, and believes in sharing information to help others.  Ok. . .  I will tell you guys a little secret(smile), each interview has it’s own energy and vibe, and when I looked over what I was gonna present today, I did my usual , and I put on some music to help with the editing process, and after trying several tracks. . . .FINALLY it hit me. . . This guy is from “Up Top” so “Biggie” was the perfect lyricist to help me with this interview.

So Ladies and Gents, please allow me to introduce the guy with the BIG SMILE . . . . Jason, lets’ do this! LOL. . . . .

(Inspirational Beauty} So Jason. . . I am so honored that you accepted my request for an interview (smile) Jason I want you to know, it's been really cool getting to know you, so . . .who is Jason? (smile)

{Jason Luntz}Well Kim. . .I am basically a big kid.(smile). No seriously, I really enjoy life, and all it has to offer. People tend to think I am younger than I am, and I guess that’s because I do give off a youthful energy. That really comes from never forgetting the feeling of curiosity I had as a child. I really get off on learning new things. I guess that’s why I am so drawn to journalism and social media. Learning about people from interviews ,or covering stories, and of course from social networks excites me! I would say that is where my passion lies, in learning about people. 

{Inspirational Beauty} Cool(smile), now everyone who sees this interview will be able to see why I chose to Feature you. We are really similar. . .I am a “kid” at heart as well!(smile) So Jason. . . tell us about "The JLUNTZ Report". Also with you being a Journalist was this a natural progression for you?

{Jason Luntz}The Jluntzreport was a name a good friend of mine came up with many years ago.  So, when Myspace was really becoming a phenomenon, that’s where I got my writing career started . Remember that site? (laugh)

My homeboy said I should start blogging on my own site.( He called it Thejluntzreport) and it sounded really good. He even went as far to start a Wordpress site for me!

So, I didn’t start immediately, but fast-forward to my Masters in “New Media Journalism” at Full Sail ,I found myself assigned to develop my own blog. I was able to post various articles during my time in school. We were also told to create something that we could work on. “BRANDING”; So I remembered the idea for the jluntzreport, so it was natural for me to use the same name for twitter and facebook, etc.,  I then decided that it really worked with the kind of stories I wanted to cover. 

{Inspirational Beauty} So,tell me. . . how important is it for anyone who wants to compete in the Business World, to use Social Media?

{Jason Luntz}Wow. . .Social Media is the most powerful tool I believe business has ever had access too! Think about what it does, it is unlimited in travel and time. Let me explain what I mean. Before tv, radio, and even print papers you had the town “crier”. This man would shout the latest news in the town square. His voice could only travel so far, and if you were not in that immediate area at that exact time ,you were unaware of what he said. Newspapers can travel as far as the person who purchased it will allow, and the information is available as long as the paper is still in a good enough shape to read.

In theory how far will a paper travel? (smile) It will not go from Boston to Los Angeles. Even Radio and TV can be limited by the time programming it is on, and much of it can be local as well.

   

 Social Media no longer creates any boundaries. I can post a blog, and as long as I have that link, I can share it with the world over and over again!

 When I send out a Tweet, even if you miss  it on your own personal time line, it will always be stored on mine. This is very powerful, because your message is always available. It is great to push your services and products this way. I also love how social networks can help with your brand. You can use the same name for your website, twitter, facebook, pinterest, tumblr, etc. 

One other aspect I love about social media is that a company can perform great customer services in real time. If you have a problem, you can often tweet a company and someone will get back to you. 

{Inspirational Beauty} Jason, you have just made it very clear to me how important social media really is to a Business, a consumer, and anyone who wants to be recognized by the masses. Is it important for individuals to also Brand themselves, and if so, would "I" be a great candidate for your services?

{Jason Luntz} People in any type of business need to work on branding themselves! We all purchase Coke because the brand is known to us. This is possible in any field. “Oprah” is a brand for example. Branding allows you to branch outside of your initial product or service as well. Oprah has a magazine and a television network. If you are successful at developing a positive brand image, the sky is the limit! 

Kim, I think that you have a great opportunity to brand yourself. As a writer who focuses on people who are doing positive things, you are tapping into the motivational market.(smile) People need motivation at this time! We are still in a recession, and that energy seems to keep many people in down spirits. But you(Kim) have the chance to show folks that there are people who are chasing and living their dreams! 

(Inspirational Beauty} I see that you have recently acquired several prestigious  Awards and Degrees, I would love to congratulate you on that. That's a great thing Brother(smile). I know you are such a humble person, and I am putting you on the spot, but share with us what you have recently received.

{Jason Luntz}Thanks for those kind words Kim.(smile) I just received my Masters of Arts in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University.

I was also  selected as salutatorian in that program. The program was really exciting to be a part of, I mean words can not express how much I enjoyed it; but I will still try (laugh). The degree was based off of learning how to write in an online and multimedia format. We were taught how to create print, audio, and video stories. We also focused on social media and public relations and how those two worked along with journalism online. It was great because the future is the internet. 

The program lead me to creating my own social media consulting firm JKL Communications. We help organizations and individuals by teaching them how to use social networks, and by creating original content through print and video for their websites. I am most excitied about the work I do with The Tennessee Tribune, a Black owned newspaper out of Nashville, TN.  

{Inspirational beauty} Speaking of the Tennessee Tribune. . .I know that you are  Director of Social Media for them, and that is a very recognized periodical, and plays a very important role in the African American Community, how has Writing for the Paper influenced your life?

Working with The Tennessee Tribune is  an incredible experience. The owner and publisher Rosetta Miller-Perry, is a legend in Nashville. She has fought many battles in the civil rights movement, and now by owning a newspaper for over 20 years,  she has accomplished a way for people in the African-American community to get news that is important to them.

 It is funny you ask about how it influenced my life, because it really has! In the last six months, I have had the opportunity to meet people that it would have taken me a decade to meet, if ever! I also have  been blessed to have the opportunity to learn from someone who understands how important it is to take writing seriously. I could not have asked for a better experience. It has made me a better writer and a better person. 

(Inspirational Beauty} So. . . . a little "Birdie" shared with me that you would be covering "The Inauguration", and is this your first time covering an event on this scale, and how excited are you? (I'm so excited for you, I think I am living vicariously through you. . . LOL)

{Jason Luntz}Who told you I was going? (laughs). It is crazy because I never covered anything of that size before. Most events I have written about were small, live music shows, and club venues. So going to the Inauguration on assignment was a great honor!(smiling) Now I just need to finish the article, because it is so much to write about (laughs)

{Inspirational Beauty} Jason,I cant help but notice that you belong to the same Fraternity as "Dr. MArtin Luther King" himself, what does it mean to be an Alpha Man?

{Jason Luntz}Being a member of Alpha Phi Alpha is a huge honor. I think it is most important to remember that when you are in an organization such as Alpha Phi Alpha that your actions reflect others as well. You are always known as “Jason The Alpha”, but that is a good thing. (LOL)

It reminds me that I must live by a certain level of standards. It also keeps me humble, because we are called to perform service to our community. I try to remember that with each success in life, giving back is the most important thing. 

{Inspirational Beauty}I thank you so much for sharing yourself , your time, and expertise with us. if there is anything you can tell young Men and Women about reaching their goals, what advice would you give them?

My main piece of advice is READ! Read all the time. What ever industry or career you are into, get books on that subject. I think reading one book a month at the very least is important to success. Also be yourself, don't let people tell you that the way you think or act is wrong. Set trends and lead the way! 

{Inspirational Beauty}I certainly appreciate that advice Jason, because that is the whole point of Inspirational Beauty. I believe in being "YOU", and accepting all of "YOU".(smile) Last but not least ,Mr. Luntz, what currently is playing in your cd changer, ipod, iphone?

{Jason Luntz} Ok Kim. . .(Laughing) I've been rocking that new Nas album "Life is Good". I am telling you, that your man has hip hop on his shoulders, it is a real dope album! I also still got the "Watch The Throne" with Kanye and Hov going too.

I will tell you what I have been doing lately as well. I’ve been listening to a lot of motivation too. Jim Rohn is one person who I listen to every day, either in my car or at the crib. Youtube him, I recommend that to anyone.

MEET TAHIRA WEST-SYLVESTOR!

I am overjoyed to share such a Beautiful young Lady with you guys today. She has so many layers, and we're just gonna peel away today.(smile) Her name is Ms Tahira West-Sylvester, and she is the Owner and Creator of "Pure Peace Life Coaching". Yes. . .she is a Life Coach, and I must admit, I didn't really realize what that truly entailed. As I was getting to know her, and what she does, I automactically knew that I NEEDED HER FOR MYSELF!

So you're probably asking.  ."WHAT DOES A LIFE COACH DO?" Well to put it simply, the objective is to help you identify the obstacles that hinder you from accomplishing the things that will make your life balanced and successful. TRUST ME, ITS WORK! BUT IT IS WORTH IT!

(LOL). . .  REAL TALK. So I figure, that maybe you all could see the value . I challenge you to get to know this Woman. She is amazinly insightful, and can see things in us, and help us get on track, and STAY ON TRACK. ... so help me welcome MS. Tahira!(smile) 

(Inspirational Beauty}Ms. Tahira West-Sylvester. . .Thank you so much for agreeing to sit down with me today. Can I just tell you how amazing I think you are(smile). So let's get started. . . . Everyone, Tahira is the Owner and Creator of  "Pure Peace Life Coaching", So, Tahira(smile), tell us how you got started, and what influenced you to be a Life Coach?

{Tahira}Hi Beautiful Kim!!!!! Thanks so much for having me. I feel like I've been Life Coaching for my entire life. I am that friend that folks come to to talk, share, chat and ask for sound advice(smile). I was also a Teacher and with my students, I felt so connected to them beyond the classroom. I really wanted to be sure they had the skills to thrive in the world and not just the classroom. In 2010 I lost my job when I was three months pregnant, and to me that was a great omen. It's like it was God saying "Start!" The next day I took care of all the paperwork and business for my company and PPLC was formed!!!  Almost three years later and here we are.(smile)  

{inspirational beauty} That is amazing Tahira. .. . .you took a situation that some of us would allow to devastate us, what gave you the strength to make such a major move and want to help others?

{Tahira}My strength and guidance was knowing that I had gifts, to help the planet, to heal  the soul. Being at home with my daughter was another major reason! I didn't want my daughter to be with a sitter all day, while I taught someone else's kids. Nope!(Blushing) I am her first line of defense ,and I intend to teach her all that I can. The strength was in me already. Knowing that I'm really adept at helping people find their inner light, and potential really moves me. I figure I should do that on a large scale through PPLC. 

{Inspirational beauty} You are proving something so wonderful to all of us honey. .. Ok, can I just say you have the cutest little girl in the whole wide world. . . .LOL. Can you tell us how  being a Mother to a little girl inspires you?

{Tahira} Jendayi Laila is such an incredible human being!(smiling proudly) She's brilliant, sassy, strong, deliberate, focused, sweet and sooooooooo Scorpio.(LOL) She's such an incredible person to have only been here two years and change. She inspires me to make the world better for her. I'm very active in civil rights for everyone(mainly because of Jendayi). Active vocally, so I will speak up if I hear someone "slut shaming" which is basically bashing a woman for her sexual choices. I'll speak up for gay rights and out against any homophobia because I believe people should be left alone to be who they are. I think about my child through any of these battles, because I don't want anyone to miss out on the incredible gift she is, because they have boxed her into  a "Box" or whatever stigmas people have. I am here to  really help people find their inner God(dess) so they don't have to worry about breaking someone else down! Hopefully by the time my daughter is a grown up, the world will be a lot better and more cohesive. 

{inspirational beauty} Jenadayi is such a lucky litle girl to have such a wonderful Mother, who understands who she is at such an  early age. Tahira. . .girl.. .  I must admit, that when we spoke, I felt so connected to you. Our connection was immediate, and even though I was interviewing you, I knew that we would build a friendship. Do believe that because you are so open(personable and genuine) that helps contribute to your success?

{Tahira) Ha ha! Yes girl. . . you were my instant sistar!!!!! But yes, people often tell me that they feel like they know me. I have a free conference call every Monday night. (605) 475-6230 code:246810# and when people hear me talking they always comment on how laid back and relatable I am.(LOL)

It does put them at ease.  I'm also very very silly. . . and I know humor is always a good ice breaker. So being myself has been working out for me just fine. I'm very laid back and informal. I mean, lets be serious, people just care about how you make them feel! I know how to make someone comfortable, simply by connecting with them on a real level.

{Inspirational Beauty} I read so many of your post, you give the most wise advice girl. .. . I would love for you to share some of that wisdom  with our readers today. Can you please help us understand why it is so important to focus on yourself, and "Your" life's journey first, before focusing on anyone else?

{Tahira}Well, there's no one out there, it's just a bunch of people who are reflections of you in some capacity.(smile). I always hear folks say that they wish someone would come fix this, or someone should call and complain, or this should be dealt with.I always wonder who they think is gonna come!(LOL) You are at the source of your own life, and "YOU" are the author and creator of how things are going to go. So, before you try to fix your partner or even get a partner, fix yourself. Figure out what is inauthentic and out of integrity for you. What things  are ou doing because you're scared? What habits have you formed that came from a fear based place? What patterns have you developed that no longer serve you as an adult? What are your defense mechanisms? Why do you have them? Who are you protecting yourself from? Chances are,most of your breakdowns are from a fear and past based existence. You're reacting to the past, but you think things are current, not realizing you're a big wall of fear. Figure yourself out. Unpack that baggage. Get to the source of your "messy ways" and heal thyself!

{Tahira}Hmmmm.....if I was not a Life Coach I'd probably be a really tough attorney!(LOL). Yeah, I like to argue and debate, I stop at nothing until I feel like I've completely massacred your argument. Ha ha!  

 Secondly. . . .I'm a huge nerd.(really, I am) I really like Jeopardy, all things math and science. I'm very big on research and just anything academic. I really love to learn. Word games are my favorite. Scrabble is my favorite...you don't want it with me, or you better bring it. . . Lol. 

 And thirdly. . .I would LOVE to be on the cover of several magazines; Forbes, Black Enterprise and  Essence to name a few.

{Tahira} Be yourself. Really be yourself without the fear you have built over the years."BE YOU"by telling the truth about yourself! "BE YOU" by being real about who you are without holding back. Don't ever hide yourself, or pretend to be anything  you're not.. Tell the truth about your short comings, obstacles, breakdowns and just be real about who you are. You'll see who loves you for you and those who love you for who you they think you are.
